Asthma Health Outcomes Project Program Identification Through announcements in e-mail list serves, organizational newsletters, targeted direct mailings and outreach at various conferences and meetings, AHOP received nominations from a wide range of programs including federal research projects, large-scale community coalition demonstration projects, international programs, and local initiatives developed by community schools, clinics, health plans, and other institutions. A total of 532 asthma programs were identified from 30 countries and 46 U.S. states.
